Island Agencies LLC was established in 2002 and specializes in the field of facilities management, which includes various services (cleaning – maintenance – labor supply – transportation – landscape – security and guarding – mystery shopping), but according to the Ministerial decision order to separate security and guarding companies from any other activity. Island Security and Guarding Company was established as a joint-stock company in 2018.

 Island Mystery Shopping Company was also separated and established as a new field among the services that Island Commercial Agencies provided, and thus a Island group was formed to become one of the largest leading joint stock companies in multiple fields serving the most important companies and major institutions in the Egyptian market.
